Black Carpenter Ant (Camponotus pennsylvanicus) - major worker
This widespread Eastern species must be near the Western and Southern limit of its range in your region.

Camponotus species. Dont know
Camponotus species. Dont know the eastern species (eastern to me being anything east of NM), well enough to dare a guess,although surely a common one I should know.
