Came to the light at night. May not be quite 3mm. Was with this male

....type I saw on a white wall in March in Wisconsin. There were many pairs.

Your photos are much clearer, so will probably be ID'd much easier.

I wouldn't be suprised if they were close, Orthocladiinae was my "guess" after looking around a bit.
