Braconidae:
I collected one of these once myself, and am pretty sure it is a braconid wasp, albeit a fairly large one. Should be distinctive enough for a real expert to ID.

I find alot of them and they sting BTW. I'll try looking up that family of wasps and see what I find.

BTW-do they import these to the US for controlling pests?
