I found this cocoon in my Live Oak tree yesterday. It seems to be made out of the oak leaves. I'm wondering what kind of insect made it.

Evergreen Bagworm?
Probably Thyridopteryx ephemeraeformis, which we call the "Evergreen" bagworm but it also lives on deciduous trees and makes different cases based on the leaves it finds. Here is what it looks like on oak:
