Yellow Garden Spider egg caseing - Argiope aurantia
Moccasin Lake, Winston, Douglas County, Georgia, USA

This egg caseing has been hanging here since last summer. I took and submitted several photos of the female spider. I do not know if this contains any eggs or not, but I will keep an eye on it and see if anything develops.
