Paper Wasp - Polistes annularis - Female
Moccasin Lake, Winston, Douglas County, Georgia, USA

Size: about 30mm
This wasp had just begun a nest on one of my exterior floodlights. Unfortunately when the lights come on it gets too hot and she leaves the nest. Hopefully she will re-locate to a more suitable environment.

I love this wasp
Hey Jerry, I have always loved this wasp and I wish they were in Orlando, I have not seen this wasp in years in Orlando.
