Ebony Jewelwing? - Calopteryx maculata - male

Ebony Jewelwing? - Calopteryx maculata - Male
Lake Placid - Lake June in Winter State Park, Highlands County, Florida, USA
March 15, 2009
The page on ebony jewelwings mentions a white spot at the tip of the wing or solid black wings, depending on gender. This one had white markings in the middle of the wings. Is this just a variation or something else?

Thank you both
for the ID confirmation.

Ebony Jewelwing
Definitely looks like an Ebony Jewelwing, Calopteryx maculata. Thinking that the white on the side of the wing is just a bit of crud. This would be a male, they have all black wings, lacking the white stigma. Females have smoky brown wings with a white stigma. Real beauties!

not quite sure
But it's either an issue with emergence or some sort of stuff that it picked up after. The whole wing looks a bit off, so I'd lean towards an emergence issue.
