Front tibia
I found a key to the genera of Sciaridae. It wants a little more detail than I can see here.

If the fore tibia has "preapical, ventral comb consisting of single transverse row of subequal setae" and a single spur this should be Bradysia. It looks like the forks of M are not hairy, which rules out Sciara. (On my Sciara picture the hairs are just barely visible at 2:1 magnification.)

For what it's worth, I can not place this in Shaw's 1952 key.

I have another image which might show the feature you're looking for. I'll post it tomorrow.

Likely Bradysia
My best guess is Bradysia (which seems to contain all the light colored species).

Very nice capture!! Amazing.
