Front tibia
I found a key to the genera of Sciaridae. It wants a little more detail than I can see here.
If the fore tibia has "preapical, ventral comb consisting of single transverse row of subequal setae" and a single spur this should be

. It looks like the forks of M are not hairy, which rules out
Sciara
. (On my
Sciara
picture the hairs are just barely visible at 2:1 magnification.)
For what it's worth, I can not place this in Shaw's 1952 key.
