Hygrotus nubilus
seems most likely from the keys and distribution data. The elytron colouration is extremely variable but most specimens have the 2 longitudinal stripes on each elytron, near the elytral suture and a 3rd or 4th more lateral stripe that is often broken, as in this individual. The reddish yellow head and pronotum and the medial pronotal spot are also diagnostic.
