Deltocephalus
? If so which one please.

Well, yes and no. It was described as a Deltocephalus; it has been transferred to Polyamia; now I'm in the process of putting it back where it came from. Polyamia are just Deltocephalus with extra veinlets; in this species the extra crossveins are especially numerous just behind that black spot right in the middle of the wing.
