Several of these were hilltopping, using the tallest Arizona Rosewood as a perch.

This isn't the hairiest Botfly adult I have ever seen.

 
Not Cuterebra.
Well, it 'is' a bot, but not Cuterebra. I think it is one of those nasal or stomach bots....Great find, Rich!

I get the feeling that anything in the family that is not a Cuterebra is a rare find indeed in the adult form.
