Confirm - Southern Yellow Jacket? - Vespula squamosa - Female

I believe this is a Southern Yellow Jacket? I saw this specimen fly into a spider's web. It struggled in the web for a moment and then freed itself. It landed nearby and hung upside down. Once I had focus I realized it had either grabbed the spider or stolen something from the web and was eating as it hung upside down. I had briefly hoped for a photo of the spider capturing the yellow jacket but this may have been even better. If it matters, this is not cropped much and I could crop to the prey insect if needed.

Yes
This is V. squamosa.

Thank you
for the confirmation George!
