Heterocampa
This fits the description of H. guttivitta in Wagner (1) very well. The saddled prominent.

Identification marks
I'm always learning what's important to capture for various things. One thing for caterpillars is the head capsule. The marks there can distinguish different species like this one where the body markings are often quite variable.
