Stilt kill
Had never seen one with a kill of any kind. They always seemed preoccupied with attracting mates and mating.

With new info I think Tom's clear-winged species is in the genus Micropeza. This is the big genera and I don't have ranges for the sixteen species. This may be a male and side shots on males are almost genus level specific. A little more down angle and I could see.
