It was digging in the ground when i seen first seen it.

This specimen is in full defensive mode, exuding a chemical defense from its leg joints. The chemical (cantharidin) can raise painful blisters on sensitive skin.

Yeah its a good thing I never touched the cantharidin. Funny I never seen this one around before or are there stories in this area of people getting blisters from it. I am thinking it must have been on a train and dropped off here, as I seen it beside the train tracks.
