Size: ~1.3mm
Found under piece of bark in the leaf litter. Body shape like Tomocerus with silver scales. A juvenile perhaps?

Tomocerus sp.
Indeed a juvenile. Note the long 3rd antennal segment, typical for Tomoceridae.
