Not sure what it is beyond that though, sorry!

a colleague suggested Ciidae but wasn't sure about that

 
Could be
I was thinking one of the small fungus eaters for sure, but its so hard (sometimes impossible) to see the distinguishing features in pictures :( Those urogomphi might fit with ciidae though.
