Or small caterpillar? Found under bark of decaying pine tree limb (between bark and wood).

Definitely a beetle
Not sure what it is beyond that though, sorry!

Could be
I was thinking one of the small fungus eaters for sure, but its so hard (sometimes impossible) to see the distinguishing features in pictures :( Those urogomphi might fit with ciidae though.
