Size: ~4mm
We were hiking through one of the campgrounds that line the Metolius River at Camp Sherman and saw a number of these tiny, colorful bugs on the Scrophularia plants.

This is definitely a pentatomid, probably in the genus Cosmopepla. Hope David Rider visits again and can go through our Pentatomidae.
