"Fragile roach?"
Sorry, that is not a comment on the condition of the specimen, but the common name of Euthlastoblatta abortiva, according to my copy of Helfer's How to Know the Grasshoppers, Cockroaches and Their Allies, second edition. He lists the range only as the Brownsville area in Texas, though....He further states this roach is "Not uncommon in wood rat nests and in the leaves and dry litter on the ground..."

Thanks
Body lenght 7mm; lenght including wings 11 mm; 3mm wide (including wings)
