Tiny red bugs - Largus

Size: pinhead size
They are all huddled in a small patch on my outside wall. They look like baby lady bugs but without wings. I feel they are new babies. They are very cute. I just want to know what they are. Thanks in advance. That is a plug for size comparison. That was all I had within reach. :o)
