Yours certainly looks like a lighter marked version of this one:

Not an ID -
but might be a lightly marked Toxomerus geminatus?

 
Definitely Toxomerus, a female.
The rest of the U.S. has only three species, but there are supposed to be more in Florida. If this were elsewhere, I'd think T. geminatus too.
