Ivory-marked beetle.
This is one of the "ivory-marked beetles" in the genus Eburia, possibly E. distincta, but not positive. They are in the longhorned woodborer family Cerambycidae. Members of this genus are known for sometimes emerging from furniture or floorboards many years after the manufacture of the wood product.
