Tachinid with Pattern on Wings #2 in California - Phasia

Tachinid with Pattern on Wings #2 in California - Phasia
Webb Canyon, ~2000 ft. altitude, Los Angeles County, California, USA
April 4, 2009
Last night at dusk, from my kitchen window I saw this fly hanging on to a Mustard flower. I went out to try and photograph it, but there was not enough available light and the images were pretty bad. I was quite delighted this morning that it was still cool and overcast enough that the fly hadn't even budged an inch and I was able to get some better shots.

I'm guessing this is Oestro*phasia because I had another tachinid with patterned wings identified to this genus recently, but for all I know it could be something else! Looking forward to hearing the verdict...

Phasia sp.
This is a species of Phasia, not Oestrophasia.

That makes sense...
Once again, thank you so much for reviewing my images.
