Cuckoo Bumblebee - Bombus flavidus - Top of Cadillac Mountain, Acadia National Park, Hancock County, Maine, USA July 23, 2005 Size: 12-15 mm.
There were at least two different types of bumblebees on the flowers of meadowsweet (Spiraea latifolia). Unfortunately I don't know how to ID any bumblebees.
