Flower scarab.
This is a flower scarab in the genus Euphoria. Since Texas has much fauna not found elsewhere, I can't offer a species, though it resembles E. sepulachris.

Nice beetle!
Nice with the distinctive blue sheen. Yes there seems to be many Euphoria here in Texas that I have not found a match for!
