giant swallowtail maybe
That looks like the underneath of a Giant Swallowtail - Papilio cresphontes to me. I'm not an expert though.

Agreed - it's a Giant
While I'm no expert, I've shot these, plus there are only four swallowtails in your county, and the others are way different.

Nice image. These guys give me fits, never landing while I'm close enough to shoot.
