Magnolia Green Jumper - Lyssomanes viridis - male

Magnolia Green Jumper - Lyssomanes viridis - Male
Greenwood County, South Carolina, USA
May 15, 2002
Small spider. Photo taken under a slide-viewing loupe.

Lyssomanes viridis?

Definite Lyssomanes viridis
After checking the World Spider Catalog for Salticidae, viridis is the only species of Lyssomanes in the USA. This also looks like a male, by the way.

Thanks
Hi Troy, I updated the title. Feel free to relocate him.
