Dark Wood Cockroach - Ischnoptera deropeltiformis

Dark Wood Cockroach - Ischnoptera deropeltiformis
Shawnee, Johnson County, Kansas, USA
October 5, 2008

Moved
The asymmetrical styles suggest that this is an immature male based on Roth's 2002 redescription of the species within Ischnoptera found in the US. The location in which the specimen was found and the coloration of the specimen are appropriate for this species. Moved from Cockroaches and Termites.

thanks
Appreciate the ID help John.

Yes, native.
Probably an immature (or adult female?) of Ischnoptera deropeltiformis.
