Size: ~1.5cm
Found in a coniferous forest (douglas fir, western red cedar) with mixed broadleaf trees (alder, maple, vine maple)

I vote for Callidini.
Reminds me more of a species of Semanotus, or something related.

out of the
four possible species in North America listed in Linsley (1964), S. litigiosus is best fit, and female in this case.
