Cryptocercus punctulatus? - Parcoblatta americana

Cryptocercus punctulatus? - Parcoblatta americana
near Amity, Yamhill County, Oregon, USA
April 14, 2009
Size: 1.4cm
Found on a rocky, Oak Savannah, slope under a piece of decaying Oregon Oak.

No.
This is a nymph or adult female of the western wood cockroach, Parcoblatta americana. Nice shot.

Thanks
Yeah, when I was looking in your book they looked pretty similar but when I checked them on here they (brown-hooded 'roach) were more elongated than I thought. Thanks for the ID, I rarely see adult males for some reason but see a lot of adult females and nymphs.
