I've caught one of these before
Not an expert, but I think I narrowed it down to genus and possibly species. Try doing a search for Calliephialtes.

Wing veins differ
Calliephialtes
has an areolet with one side missing:
In the other picture of this wasp the vein going down and towards wingtip from the stigma is straight instead of turning a sharp angle at the next vein. (I forget the names of these veins in wasps.)

Rhyssinae…
The large size, a cylindrical elongated abdomen becoming dorsolaterally compressed apically, the hind coxae being more than two times longer than wide, and the lack of an areolet indicates a female wasp in this subfamily. Johnyn, the ovipositor should extend out somewhat further than the limits of this image show - if it doesn't, let me know. Thanx.
