Xylophagidae: Arthropeas amer

Xylophagidae?
Could be a member of the Xylophagidae (subfamily Coenomyiinae) but I am not very familiar with that group. If so, it should be genus Arthropeas because the scutellum has no spines. However, I have no information if that genus has species with marked wings.
