Size: Medium
I first thought this was the half-wing moth (Phigalia titea), but the black spots on the medial line are not found on half-wings -- not at least on the photos I've seen. Any ideas?

I can't imagine what else it could be. The Plate photo in
MPG
also has these spots. They are really numerous now at my place in Minnesota.
