BG2178 C2672 - Epicauta vittata
Gloster, Gloster Arboretum, Amite County, Mississippi, USA
July 1, 2006
Size: body length 10.1 mm.
This appears to be a Blister Beetle. It is a good match for Epicauta vittata.
Confirmation/correction would be appreciated.

"probably vittata (F.) but females not easily separated from occidentalis Werner"
