I saw quit a lot of these little guys flying around wild flowers, and landing on me.Can someone tell me what they are?

Bombylius major
Widespread and very common at this time of year. Moved.

Looks like
Bombylius
or some other Bee Fly in the Family Bombyliidae.

Hover flies, aka flower flies or syrphids, are typically more colorful and often smaller.
