I FOUND IT
I FOUND IT! Of course it's called the Geiger Tortoise Beetle and this is it's larvae stage. Apparently they are not harmful to the tree. Only causing unattractive leaves. Thanks for anyone that tried! (and my smart friend Susy) ~Angie~
