Not sure - Prenolepis - Male
Bowman's Hill Wildflower preserve, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
April 18, 2009
Size: + - 3 mm
It landed on our lunch table.

Male Camponotus
I can't really tell if it is a male Camponotus or not. Its been a year since I have seen one. The tiny head, antennae, large eyes, and time of year all see to fit nicely though.

At 3mm I don't think it's a C
At 3mm I don't think it's a Camponotus species. A male Prenolepis imparis is more likely though.

Oh!

Thanks
