Large tiger beetle - Cicindela formosa

I don't have a measurement, but I remember this beetle being noticeably larger than typical tiger beetles (e.g. C. repanda).

Consider C. formosa generosa.
-- A common and largest Cicindela on sandy beach areas in adjacent Wisconsin.
