Size: 9.5mm
Netted from a rocky stream just east of Dixville Notch, the same spot that I found these a few years ago.

Ameletus sp
This species/form is a bit up-in-the-air now. It is not A. browni. Dave Funk (aquatic insect biologist at Stroudwater Research Station, PA) believes it to be an overwintering form of A. crypto*stimulus, which I haven't wholly bought in to, but only because I haven't researched it nearly as well as he has.
