Treehopper - Cyrtolobus maculifrontis

The black dorsal band on this treehopper caught my attention. Viewing the photo, I also noticed the green "face." Would this be in the Cyrtolobus genus?

Cyrtolobus auroreus
The only species in this genus with transverse (vertical) bands on the crest.
