Stink bug
It's a stink bug, most probably the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug, a non-native species that has recently achieved pest levels in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Yep, probably is.
I posted one last Summer as folks were just starting to see that NJ had a major issue with these. If you go to my posted picture, you can see the discussion and some information links.
