Predaceous Diving Beetle - Agabus anthracinus -

Size: 7.3 mm

Yet another new Agabus species for the guide; this was collected alongside with Agabus antennatus from dense emergent vegetation at the pond margin. A mostly black species with rather coarse elytral sculpture.
