The Name Is Currently Blepharomastix
I don't know who it was that tried moving it to Ichthyoptila, but Munroe in 1995 synonymized or sank that genus in Blepharomastix. The species ranalis was in Blepharomastix in Hodges 1983 and resides there today. I thank Brian Scholtens for looking up the last review of the subfamily by Munroe:
