Leaf miner.
I'd say this is a leaf miner fly, family...what...Agromyzidae?

 
Agromyzidae
This is a species of Calycomyza. I might be able to tell what species it was if I knew the plant - not as reliable as a rearing record, but these agromyzids are known to stick pretty close to their hosts.
Not a lot is known of the biology of these flies, so field records like these could be invaluable.

Thanks Eric, now, do these eat leaf miners or are these the insects that leave all the squiggly designs on the leaves? If you don't mind me asking.
