Ladd Marsh, La Grande, Union County, Oregon, USA
July 11, 2005

We drove down to Ladd Marsh, located in the middle of La Grande valley for some bird-watching and dragonfly-hunting. Turned out to be an odonata bonanza day! The paraprocts were very short, indicating L.congener.
