Cynomya cadaverina
This looks like Cynomya cadaverina to me. Again, might be worth having Dr. Whitworth recheck this identification, as it looks like something might have gotten mixed up.

 
Inclined to agree
I don't see the presutural intra-alar, and the general habitus seems more like C. cadaverina. The calypters seem dark, but that may just be a photographic artifact.

Calliphora vicina -- det. T.L. Whitworth

Fly.
Fly is definitely a blow fly in the family Calliphoridae. Not sure of the genus, though. Update: Leaning toward Cynomyopsis cadaverina, based on tapered abdomen (quite metallic, too), overall appearance. Calliphora tend to be more robust.
