This looks like
Cynomya cadaverina
to me. Again, might be worth having Dr. Whitworth recheck this identification, as it looks like something might have gotten mixed up.

Inclined to agree
I don't see the presutural intra-alar, and the general habitus seems more like C. cadaverina. The calypters seem dark, but that may just be a photographic artifact.

Fly.
Fly is definitely a blow fly in the family Calliphoridae. Not sure of the genus, though. Update: Leaning toward Cynomyopsis cadaverina, based on tapered abdomen (quite metallic, too), overall appearance. Calliphora tend to be more robust.
