Fly on Lepidium draba - Lasioglossum

Fly on Lepidium draba - Lasioglossum
Española, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, USA
May 3, 2009
Size: 1 cm?
Just curious. Unfortunately I don't know whether these pictures are good enough even to identify the family. Syrphidae?

The flower, Lepidium draba, is also called Cardaria draba, hoary cress or whitetop (Brassicaceae).

I've put a little unsharp mask on all these images.
