Brown Fly - Scathophaga - Female

Size: approx 6mm
There were many of these type flies...some smaller like this one and some larger. On leaves of weeds in alley...some dog scat was nearby, judging by the smell...

Scathophaga - Dung Fly - i think..
I'm not an expert, but that looks like a dung fly of some type to me.
