Laccophilus
Either L. vacaensis or L. oscillator, both southern species with ocillator endemic to AZ. Would need a clearer pic showing more detail of the elytral colour patterning to be sure.
Keep up with the postings though- we need more pics of southwestern dytiscid species- as far as I know there are many interesting and weird ones in your area.
