Found under the outdoor lamp light. My best guess is Attalus scincetus.

Attalus from Chantilly, Virginia
This is a male Attalus scincetus (Say). The species is a common early summer species in the east and southeastern US. Note that the expanded second segment of the front tarsi is barely visible in the photo. This expanded second segment is characteristic of all male Attalus.
